The true color of the item once you have it in hand may be slightly different from the pictures shown on this website and can be caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor, light brightness, browser settings, website filtering by host site, etc. The same issues may present themselves in regard to details and clarity of the item. I have not edited the color, detail or clarity of the pictures in any way with the exception of photo cropping on occasions where it is warranted. Please be aware that I cannot account for these possible variations and any difference in your expectations will not be grounds for a return or refund of any sort. This MIB ( MINT IN BOX ) item is sold “As Is No Returns” I am selling a MIB item. Product may have slight variations from unit to unit that comes from the manufacturer. ANY issue whatsoever will need to be communicated with the manufacturer since my ability is limited to a visual inspection of the outer box and seal.  

Please carefully inspect the pictures for any issues or questions that you have on the condition ( please see pictures for condition and ask about any concerns before deciding on purchasing as I do not accept returns ).

CANCELATIONS :

I will on very rare exceptions accept cancellation requests if received either within 12 hours or before I ship out the item; whichever comes first. Also if a cancellation is accepted, there will be a 2.9% fee due to the non refundable transaction fee given to sellers. If the fee is refunded by EBay, it will be refunded to the buyer after it is paid, but this is rarely the case.

RETURNS : 

My apologies for the harshness of the wording for these policies, but due to issues with false claims in some of the categories that I sell in it is imperative that the policies are worded as succinctly as possible.

If the item is damaged in transit through the shipper, WE may put a claim in to offset any issues, but I am not responsible for shipping damage. I add insurance to all items that I ship and will file a claim on any item that a buyer states arrives in any condition other than what is described in the listing. I also ( with rare exceptions ) only ship through the USPS which will investigate both the buyer and seller with any claim filed. All packages come with excellent packaging, but I cannot guarantee the shipping company’s performance.

If there are any damages, modifications to the item of any type including: software, hardware, firmware, mechanical components, electrical components, item packaging or any other type of nicks, cuts, scrapes, scratches, cracks, dents, changes of device serial number or components, alterations or modifications preventing further users from accepting warranty, opening items sent in sealed condition or ANY other defects not previously mentioned, then by you making the decision to knowingly return the device under the aforementioned conditions will hereby agree to forfeit any and all fight against the escalated case that WILL be immediately opened against you, in which you will then lose and agree to pay the total amount listed as the original final sale value and neither the original, nor a replacement of any kind, will be issued in its stead.
