Our merchandise ship from our 3 US base warehouses, shipping is always FREE Shipping by FEDEX, UPS, USPS large items may ship via LTL Freight. Handling time takes 1 to 3 business day, when product is available in stock, back order item will show an extended delivery time. Please make sure enter correct payment and shipping information before checking out. Once your payment is completed, inform us by eBay message if changes are needed before we ship the product. If an address change is needed, you will be responsible for any fees associated in the condition that you contact us after we ship your item. we may not be able to stop your shipment. Returns

We strive to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. If something is wrong with your furniture, we will do everything we can to help you. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we will repair or replace the parts necessary to your full satisfaction just contact us via eBay messages with your request explaining the problem, pictures maybe required. our customer service personal will response within 24 hours. If an item needs to be returned at your request because you no longer needed or you change your mind. No problem just go to your eBay account and submitted  your request for return just need to remember Buyer pays for return shipping.  Returns are only accepted within 30 days and ready to assemble products cannot be returned once they are assembled. the goods must be returned in original cartons in unused and undamaged condition, please save your boxes as products must be returned in the original packaging.  Call or contact us through eBay and an CJ Tables and Chairs Customer Service representative will assist you.

No returns of any kind can be accepted without first contacting CJ Tables and Chairs.  Once we have processed your return, we will notify eBay.  eBay will refund the return to your credit card or PayPal account and send you an email once the refund has been processed.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, contact us immediately for assistance. We can send replacement products or replacement parts to fix the problem, some information will be required (pictures of damaged merchandise) but you must provide the required documentation within 7 days of the original delivery date. If we do not receive your documentation within 7 days, we may not be able to help you.

Warranty

The majority of the products we carry are backed by original manufacturer's standard warranties (1 YEAR) Any products being claimed as originally damaged or defective are subject to the manufacturer's repair and/or replacement policy. As the warranty lifetime, coverage, and details differ by item and by manufacturer, please reference the item description of the item you purchased or the brand the lifetime of the warranty begins from the date of purchase. Warranties are only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. The warranty becomes null and void if the purchaser re-upholsters, paints, stains, or otherwise alters the original purchase condition of the item(s).

Please remember that certain use of the product will affect its warranty. Indoor items that carry a warranty are only warranted under indoor use, and outdoor items are only warranted under outdoor use, as indoor products tend to be used more often. Also, many items have parts that wear out more easily, such as the swivels in our bar stools, and those wear items may not be covered under warranty. Please be careful when assembling your products, because we cannot guarantee an item if it was assembled wrong or damaged during assembly. When you purchase an item, please ask what maintenance you will need to perform to that item in order to guarantee the warranty offered on your new product(s), because we ask that you properly clean and maintain any items you purchase from us based on the manufacturer's recommendation. In addition, while we allow orders for residential use, please check with us to find out if residential use changes the commercial warranty as posted on this site, which is designed for commercial purchases.

For further clarification or to report a warranty claim, please contact us via eBay messenger Once we review your claim, we will, at our discretion, replace or repair the item at no cost to the customer, or otherwise settle the warranty claim on a case-by-case analysis.
