New in box, Playtex nurser drop ins newborn gift set.  Set includes 2 4oz bottles, 2 8-10 oz bottles, 15 4 oz liners, 15 8-10 oz liners, and breast milk storage kit (I think this is basically a lid that fits on the liners).  Box has been opened, but everything is new, liners are still sealed.  BPA free.  Box has some damage, but everything inside is fine and dandy!
