Edwards E-AMAZE-AS-4/M (Solid Metallic Blue)

EDWARDS E-AMAZE-AS, which has evolved from the concept of ESP AMAZE with even more functions, is now available!

The basic material composition is the same as the ESP AMAZE-AS, with an ash body and hard maple neck and fingerboard, but the parts used have been changed to create a more versatile base.
The pegs are made of lightweight HIPSHOT Ultralite(R) to reduce head drop. The bridge is equipped with a GOTOH 404SJ steel saddle. If you prefer, you can also string the strings from the back of the body. The pickup is equipped with ESP Custom Lab's CL-P-J-2 pickup developed exclusively for E-AMAZE. In addition to thorough shielding using Custom Lab's proprietary copper foil, it uses a split coil that provides a hum-cancelling effect, achieving low noise even though it is a J-style pickup.
The EQ circuit has a special built-in IC for ESP HALIBUT tuned for E-AMAZE. The volume pot is a switch pot, and the normal state is active mode that uses the EQ circuit, and by pulling up the knob you can switch to passive mode that cancels the EQ circuit. In addition, a master tone is provided independently and works both when active and when passive. This is also a switch pot, and in the normal state it is a 0.023μF capacitor, but by pulling up the knob you can switch to a 0.047μF capacitor.
By purposely not applying a base coat when painting, you can feel the texture of the wood with a thin coating without filling up the wood grain (conduit area). In addition, lacquer is used for the top coat, giving it a unique feel and shine.
