Australian Buyers:
Shipping is with AusPost / Sendle depending on location. If actual postage cost is significantly less than quoted, the difference will be refunded.
Tracking will be provided for all parcels unless an untracked letter service is selected.
I have no control over the delivery process once the item is lodged with the carrier.
International Buyers:
The default shipping service for international delivery is Australia Post International Standard.
Express Post is available at buyer's cost - please contact me for a quote before paying if you would like to upgrade. Express Post is not available to all countries.
Tracking will be provided for all items and signature on delivery is required for all items over $100.
Please be aware there are significant mail delays to some areas. I have no control over the delivery process once the item is lodged with the post office.
Return Policy:
Many of the items I sell are secondhand and/or vintage. While I try to accurately describe/photograph any marks, wear etc., due to the nature of these items some imperfections may exist.
As such, returns will only be accepted for items significantly not as described. Additional photos or information will be happily provided upon request prior to shipment.
Complaint Resolution:
If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the item and packaging and contact me immediately. Please retain the damaged package.
