This vintage wooden sledge with metal runners was handmade for my mother in London during the 1940s. My brother and I used it in the 1970s, but now we need to pass it onto someone new.
The front slat has been replaced with age-appropriate wood, and a new rope has been added. All the wood has been oiled for a protected finish.
