ITEM CONDITION
This product is brand new in box. Though the product box may have some slight creases, dents or slight rips, as this may have resulted from storage, shipment travel or pre-shipment inspection. The item itself will be new and unworn.

ITEM COLOR

NOTE ABOUT WHITE ITEMS: White items by nature are harder to photograph by nature due of the color. Most white items may show a gray/grey tint to it and will cause the item to appear gray/grey. Most products we provide a picture of the actual product packaging indicating the frame color, if the product title/ item specific says the frame is white, it will NOT be gray/grey despite the picture showing a grey tint. Products with the frame color matte white and polished white are notorious for causing slight confusion. The most accurate color will come from the product packaging if applicable.
SIZING (IF APPLICABLE)
Please be sure to double check your size before purchasing as the buyer is responsible for fitment. Most measurements will be found within the inside of one of the arms. A picture may be provided in the listing if applicable.
For example: “54-20-140”
The 54 will be the lens width
The 20 will be the bridge width
The 140 will be the temple length
NOTE: you are buying frames for optical use and plan on using your own lenses, be sure to buy the same exact model as fitments may be different. For example, two items maybe a 50mm but may have slightly different shape, thus making them not compatible. We highly recommend having new lenses made when ever possible.

Most item usually come in a one size fits most configuration if the item does not contain sizing information, however products may have an “XS” or “XL”or an “Asian Fit” notation.
XS means extra small and is typically recommended for youth and or young teens. (Please look for size markings in the photos)
XL means extra-large and may simply have bigger frames or lenses. (Please look for size markings in the photos)
Asian Fit: “Asian-fit style is built up slightly so the frame sits higher on the bridge of the nose, which is typically more shallow than on a Caucasian face.” -Oakley 2008
We recommend going to your local optical shop to have the frame adjusted for the best custom fit, 99% of shops will offer this service free of charge.

SHIPPING
All our items will be shipped free of any cost to the buyer within the U.S. Please allow 1-2 business days for shipment. All packages go first class, but typically on multiple purchases, shipping gets upgraded to priority for free.
We drop of packages in a large volume, so some items may not be scanned right away. Please allow 2-3 days at most for package movement, if a tracking number is generated your package may have already been dropped off.
If a package gets marked delivered but the item is not present, please reach out to your local postmaster for assistance as they will be your best resource because once an item is handed to a carrier we are no longer in control.
Note for buyers from Puerto Rico, Alaska, and U.S territories, we reserve the right to cancel orders if the cost of shipping is must higher than average. This rarely happens, and only on large boxes over 20 LB.
Please be sure that your address is updated before purchasing this item, because if an error comes up, we may have to cancel your order. We would hate to make an edit just have the item get lost in transit.
Once tracking number is generated, we may not be able to cancel an order.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
International buyers are responsible for making a label for return shipping in the unlikely event of a return. Reimbursement of this cost will be sent with a proof of purchase of label.
In the unlikely event of an issue please message us before starting a return or leaving negative feedback. We’ll be more than happy to help you. If you must open a return, please be sure to be honest with your return reasoning. Again we high encourage the buyer to reach out as we can fix most issues
If you are returning an item, please be sure to send the item back in a box if the item arrived in a box. We had someone send a pair of glasses back in a bag and the item got obliterated. If the item arrives damaged, or worn your returned will be denied.
