All the electrolytic capacitors have been replaced with NEW,(14 of them)
Several line noise filter capacitors have been replaced with NEW.
The left & right channel tape pre-amp and tape amp transistors have been replaced with NEW.
The left & right channel audio pre-driver & audio driver transistors have been replaced with NEW.
Both drive belt have been replaced with NEW.
All of the controls have been flushed out & lubricated.
The radio-tape function switch contacts have been cleaned & adjusted.
The track change mechanism has been lubricated & adjusted.
The play head has been cleaned, re-aligned and demagnetized.
The motor speed has been set to factory specs.
Both pilot lamps have been replaced.
The tape drive capstan has been resurfaced(de-glazed).
The sound is loud & clear to both speakers.(NO speakers are included)
There is NO crackling heard when adjusting the volume, tone or balance controls.
This player is 'plug and play' with factory Pontiac DELCO radios for the model years listed.

NEVER power up ANY car radio or 8 track player without the speakers connected. Output transistor damage WILL result.
This player requires a front AND a rear 8-10 ohm rated speaker.
CORRECT new replacement 8 - 10 ohm speakers can be found online at sites like turnswitch.com & JV Restorations.
