I couldn’t find any information online regarding the artist. I found a bird where they interpreted the signature as ZEN. And an older reference to a seal signed ZEM.

Measures approximately 4-3/8” long, 1.75” to top of head and approximately 3.5” wide.

Weighs just over 11 ounces.
