What countries do you ship to? We ship to Canada and the continental United States of America.
How much does it cost to ship to me? We offer flat rate shipping across Canada and continental U.S. Take advantage of our free combined shipping and use the "add to cart" feature to purchase multiple items at once to save on shipping costs.
Do You Offer Combined Shipping? Yes! You only pay shipping on the first item purchased. Each additional item is combined at no extra cost to you. We will refund any additional overages in shipping cost if the eBay shipping calculator does not make an accurate adjustment.
When will my order ship? All orders are packed and shipped within 4 business days.
Do you accept returns? All sales are final so please be sure to review all photographs, read descriptions and ask any questions you may have to prior to purchasing.
Why did I receive a refund? All of the items listed on our online store are also for sale in our physical retail location. Occasionally an item will sell in person before we are able to pick and pack it for the online order customer. In the rare case of this happening the person who placed the online order will receive a full refund for any item not available for their order at the time of shipping.
