1939 CRESCENT TOYS HMS INGLEFIELD I CLASS DESTROYER 1:1200 WATERLINE METAL MODEL.

Needed a bit of research to properly identify this.

Most likely HMS Inglefield, the Royal Navy I Class Destroyer and Flotilla leader commissioned in 1937.

Out of all the I class destroyers, only Inglefield had the tripod foremast - which I believe this model depicts - in the casting techniques available at the time.

The model itself is near mint original, unpainted condition, with all masts, funnels etc intact and straight. It’s one of the few ship castings with the Crescent name on.

It’s one of 8 listed - possibly the contents of a trade pack.
