This listing is for JOB LOT OF 17.6 square meters. 
These tiles have a shiny white glazed finish that reflects light beautifully from the decorative raised patterns. There are 6 different tile designs available to create a perfect patchwork effect. They come as a random proportional mix of 6 pattern designs. There could be more of one design than another within your order. These Victorian style glazed tiles look gorgeous in all surroundings, in the kitchen as a splash-back or in the bathroom setting.

Samples.

We believe choosing new tiles should be easy, which is why we offer a postage sample service. 
They are carefully packaged and will arrive to your door within 2-4 working days from dispatch time. 
If you need your sample urgent we can send it by express 1-2 days delivery at an additional charge of £1.99.
Please note images and samples of our tiles are for the purpose of giving an approximate representation of the goods. Variations in terms of colour shade, marking, texture can occur between consignments due to the different production batches and are beyond our control.  


Pallet delivery.

Economy Pallet delivery is FREE. The delivery is made kerbside to the property only. The driver will not be able to assist with the onward movement of the goods for insurance reasons. If your property has restricted access for kerbside delivery please let us know at the time of ordering. We request your contact telephone number at the checkout as the courier may need to contact you regarding delivery. Please make sure someone is at the property at the time of delivery. Pallet deliveries are made between 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday within 3 working days from dispatch time. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery on the day.

Order collection.

Collections can be made from our showroom in Altrincham by prior arrangement (normally with 48 hours notice). In case of large orders,  please ensure that goods are collected in a vehicle capable of being loaded by fork-lift and able to transport your order safely and securely. Collected goods must be inspected at point of collection and are transported at the individual’s own risk. To organise collection of your order please contact us.

Remote area deliveries.

If you happen to live in an area that is considered to be 'remote' by our couriers, you will incur additional delivery charges. 
Remote areas include: Jersey, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Grampian, Scotland Offshore

Measurements.

We recommend you allow 10% extra on your measurements to allow for cutting and wastage. We always try and help where possible, so please feel free to contact us if you need help with your measurements, calculations or free advise on your chosen designs. 

Damages and returns.

Take care when removing all packaging to avoid damages and injury. Please ensure you check the goods when they are delivered to ensure you are happy with the product and contents of the delivery. In the first instance of goods being delivered and visible damage to the delivery can be seen, please sign for the goods as damaged and accept the delivery. We allow 24 hours from signature of goods to notify us of any damages or shortages. Please contact us within this time so we can replace the goods and make a claim with our couriers. Failure to notify us within this period will void any replacements being issued. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused. Buyer shall be liable for cost of returning unwanted goods.
