Rotor Pack bearings and seals are not normally changed during rebuild, they are well lubricated and normally do not fail. They are designed not to be removable when the supercharger is built - at assembly the casting is 'rolled' onto the lip of the bearing outer race retaining the bearings to the bearing plate.  Removal of the bearings results in this rolled lip being fractured. Bearings need retained with a high strength retaining compound.
