About collectible pieces sold by AntiqueHaus:
Each collectible sold by AntiqueHaus is either an antique or vintage artifact. As such, there may be minor wear and tear, consistent with age and use. We do our best to carefully photograph items in their current condition, to show imperfections or damage, where applicable. The photos are part of the description. This information is also reflected in the product description.
Please note that this does not guarantee that other blemishes may exist. Since all sales are final, kindly contact us with your questions or comments prior to making your purchase.
We are not expert appraisers who authenticate vintage and antique pieces. However, we have a love of history and artefacts from across different cultures, spanning different eras. To provide our customers with as much information as possible, we research each piece and endeavour to find details about its provenance. We welcome suggestions to add research to our listings.
Shipping and Handling:
Since we are an eco-friendly company. Wherever possible, we reuse packing materials. We pack each item with the utmost care.
We ship to the United States regularly. If expedited shipping is needed, kindly let us know before the purchase is made.
The shipping fee covers postage and handling, insurance, packaging of items purchased, materials and time.
We ship out purchases within 1-2 business days. We mainly use UPS. However, when more expedient and cost effective, we also use Purolator, DHL and Canada Post. All packages include tracking and insurance.
Please ensure that the address listed on the account at the time of purchase is the same one where the item will be delivered. Due to the volume of pieces to be shipped, it is not possible to alter the destination address after payment has been received.
For your convenience, we offer discounts on shipping when multiple purchases are made in our store. Please contact us prior to making your purchase for further information.
International Orders:
Although a shipping fee is listed for each item, for purchases made outside of the United States and Canada, the cost may be different. Please enquire about this before making your purchase. We will always endeavour to find the most economical means for our customers.
Duties and taxes over and above the cost of the product and shipping will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
We do not assume responsibility for delays for international orders due to customs regulations.
