Tohono O’odham Basket Coiled Papago Bear Grass Yucca Lidded VTG Native American

This is a coiled Thong O'odham Papago bear grass basket stitched with willow splints.  It is 3 3/4" wide and 1 1/2" high without its cover.  The cover has a willow splint handle. There is a 1/2" wide coiled band on the bottom of the lid that fits down inside the basket. It was purchased in Arizona years ago.  It has been displayed in a glass case away from direct sunlight.  Please look at the eight photos.  Our overhead lighting has made the close ups look greenish.  The other photos are the real color. 

This basket is in excellent, like new condition.  It is clean with no flaws.
