Mechanically is not working. Movement labeled - H.W.C. DROZ 23 Jewels. 

Missing Sec hand. Silverine Case ~ 58 mm. Weight approximate ~ 163 grams. 

H.W.C. is a trademark of Emil Droz, as well as Louis Goering, both Swiss watchmakers. 

This Swiss watch was example of sold into the US market to sort of look like American watches.
