1. Returns
1.1 All items are sold with either a 14 or 30 day return policy as stated in the listing. Please contact us as soon as possible in the unlikely event that your item arrives not as described and we will be sure to resolve the issue. Abuse of the return policy is in breach of eBay's T&C's. Products may be invisibly security marked. All unscrupulous buyers will be reported and an action fraud case will be opened.
1.2 If goods are returned as surplus to your requirement and are not faulty on receipt, a restocking charge of 20% will apply.
2. Power Cables
2.1 In order to reduce electronic waste, unless stated, units that require standard IEC kettle or figure of eight power cables will not be included unless requested. If you require one, please let us know immediately after purchasing and we will include one free of charge.
3. International / Non Mainland UK Buyers
3.1 Most of our items are available to purchase via eBay's global shipping program. If postage costs are not displayed to you, please contact us before pressing "buy it now" and we will try to find a solution.
4. General/Other
4.1 All of our shipments are carefully packaged to ensure safe carriage. All fragile packages are clearly marked as fragile and we do our utmost to ensure that they arrive to you intact. Recycled packaging materials will be made use of where appropriate.
