Description of item for sale: This lovely cabinet is from France and dates to the late 1800's or possibly very early 1900's.  It is made of oak with a dark finish.  It is high quality with excellent fit and finish.  The drawers and door open and close smoothly.  There is a working key for the drawers and door but the lock for the top drawer does not work.  This cabinet is in very good antique condition with only minor chips and discolorations consistent with its age.  There is no woodworm or dry rot whatsoever.  As we do with all of our furniture, we finished it with a coat of antique grade paste wax that will maintain its beauty for years to come.  Dimensions:  46" high, 17" wide and 24" deep.  (6508)
