They are part of their Nimbus series and these examples all date from 1990.
These are in 4mm scale which is around 1:76 scale, and these cardboard models were aimed at the model railways market, but are highly collectable in their own right.
We have seen some nice example where people have cut the windows out and added windows, even adding interiors to improve the look.
