Definitely a kids size, not sure exactly if it is meant for toddler or older kid but pretty small. The flap running around the sides looks like it would be large on a toddler but the head opening looks like it is closer to toddler size.

While it is a cool pattern I believe it is polyester and just a print of patchwork and denim not actual patchwork zone together.

The lining on the inside does look worn but other than that condition is pretty good no rips or tears, some fading.
