This listing is for a factory sealed Wal-Mart Exclusive Cabbage Patch Kids Garden Fairies.  Cheri Carly is part of the Christmas Wish and is Mattel #28340.  Per packaging, her size is approximately 7 3/4" (19.7cm) and comes with doll, costume with wings, namesticker, birth and adoption certificates.  While her box reads Holiday scented! the scent is no longer valid.
