PRO + BOOST - MULTI-MAP DIGITAL MICROPROCESSOR TUNING MODULE

This is a listing for an I-art Bluespark Pro + Boost diesel tuning box, this is compatible only with Volvo engines that use a 1969cc Diesel engine. The box connects to each injector and the boost sensor, giving remap equivalent performance gains.

Once fitted, our tuning modules aim to give you more usable power and much more available torque. As a by-product of this, your turbo lag will be greatly reduced making the car much nicer to drive. The additional torque also allows the car to pull better at low revs which means that you can be in a higher gear more of the time, reducing fuel consumption by up to 15%. The additional torque will be of great assistance if you tow a trailer or caravan.

This diesel chip uses high speed digital microprocessor technology and dynamic engine specific mapping designed to give great performance gains whilst maintaining reliability.

The Pro+Boost diesel chip is an 'all in one' tuning box, programmed with 5 adjustable maps to increase power, torque and economy.

Our boxes offer in house designed software such as Boost Sense™ + Rev Sense™ designed for maximum torque, clean emissions and DPF compatibility.

Boost Control™ for excellent torque & power as well as reduced Diesel particulates and EGTs.

The Pro+Boost has been designed to be re-programmable for future vehicles. When you change vehicle you do not need to purchase multiple remaps or tuning modules, keep your Bluespark Pro and send it in for reprogramming should you change your vehicle to another diesel.

Power and Torque gains

Depending on your engines capabilities our tuning boxes can increase power and torque by up to 30%. When developing maps for new engines we aim to make maps that will give the best possible gains without affecting reliability.

Our tuning boxes apply mapping that is designed to work on your specific engine. All of our mapping works within engine tolerances and do not overstress the engine.

Better economy

For Diesel vehicles we expect to see improvements in fuel economy of up to 15%. This means if you currently get 40 MPG you might expect to see somewhere around 46 MPG. This is very dependent upon your driving style. If you use the extra power and drive faster naturally the economy benefits will be lessened.

Most installations will take no more than 10 minutes. The rail sensor will be located at the top of the engine and can be accessed by removing the engine cover.

There are some engines that are a bit more time consuming.

The engine below is the most time consuming to install as it requires the removal of the battery tray, we would advise on watching the installation video prior to purchasing.

1.4, 1.5, 1.6 HDi/TDCi, The 1.6 engine is also used in some Mini, Mitsubishi, Volvo and Mazda.
