6 LITERS CAR ENGINE OIL 8100 X-clean + EFE 0W-30 MOTUL 100% SYNTHETIC ACEA C3

6, which require an engine oil with high HTH viscosity (>3.5 mPa.s) and medium ash content (Mid SaPS) with
reduced sulphated ash (≤ 0.8%), phosphorus (0.07% ≤ x ≤ 0.09%) and sulfur (≤ 0.3%). Compatible with catalysts (CAT), filters
of particulate matter (DPF) and SCR. Approved for latest generation BMW, Chrysler , FIAT, MERCEDES,
PORSCHE and VAG (VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda) thanks to its Extra Fuel Economy (EFE).
Also suitable for any type of Diesel or petrol engine that requires a 0W-30 ACEA C3 lubricant.
Before use, always refer to the vehicle's use and maintenance manual.

In fact, phosphorus and sulfur hinder the correct functioning of the catalytic converter with consequent ineffective treatment of gases; Sulphated ash can clog diesel particulate filters (DPF) resulting in a shorter regeneration cycle, higher fuel consumption, faster lubricant aging and decreased engine power. The ACEA C3 specification requires considerable lubricating film strength and low emissions for high power engines. MOTUL 8100 exhaust gas post-treatment systems. The product allows high wear protection and resistance to high temperatures for lower oil consumption. ACEA C3 type lubricants allow for longer replacement intervals, managed directly by the vehicle's on-board computer. Numerous manufacturers such as HONDA, KIA/HYUNDAI, MITSUBISHI, NISSAN, SUBARU, SUZUKI, SSANGYONG,
TOYOTA recommend ACEA C3 lubricants for most of their recent vehicles (from 2006) to ensure the best performance and long life, especially on Diesel engines with DPF. The BMW LL-04 approval imposes severe constraints on the lubricant, in particular due to the presence of the Valvetronic system and compatibility with the exhaust gas after-treatment system. The application of the product is possible on BMW engines from 2004 onwards as well as on all BMW engines produced before 2004, as the BMW LL-04 specification covers all previous BMW approvals such as BMW LL-98 and BMW LL-01 . ATTENTION: the product can be used on petrol engines exclusively in European Union countries, Switzerland, Norway and Liechtenstein. Outside these countries, a BMW LL-01 lubricant such as the Motul 8100 X-cess Gen2 5W-40 product is required. Motul 8100 MERCEDES has developed the MB 229.52 approval for all "BlueTEC" diesel engines with SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) which allows treatment of nitrogen oxides through the use of the AdBlue® additive. The MB 229.52 approval is also fully compatible with the previous MB 229.51 and MB 229.31 specifications for all Mercedes Diesel engines with DPF and some petrol engines. The MB 229.52 specification also requires significant cold flow properties to reduce the hydrodynamic friction of the oil and to achieve fuel savings especially when cold. This additional requirement for cold flow properties allows for excellent oil flow at start-up, rapid build-up of oil pressure and engine rpm to reach operating temperature. PORSCHE introduced the C30 specification to ensure perfect lubrication of all diesel engines and V6 petrol engines (Porsche Cayenne). The "PORSCHE C30" approval allows the lubricant to satisfy all the most demanding requests in particular regarding the resistance of the lubricating oil film. VOLKSWAGEN has developed the VW 504 00 - 507 00 specification for lubricants with low sulphur, phosphorus and sulphated ash content, compatible with the after-treatment systems used on its cars such as catalytic converters, SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) and DPF, to guarantee perfect durability of the VAG group engines (Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat). The FIAT 9.55535-S3 performance level requires an ACEA C3 and SAE 5W30 engine oil in order to perfectly lubricate the 2.2L, 2.8L and 3.0L Multijet and CRD Diesel engines of FIAT, ALFA-ROMEO, LANCIA and Jeep produced from since 2011. The Chrysler MS-11106 specification for Diesel engines mirrors both FIAT 9.55535-S3 and MB 229.51 on Chrysler applications. The product MOTUL 8100 , reduced content of sulphated ash, phosphorus and sulfur (Low SAPS), suitable for use with modern exhaust gas post-treatment systems. The 0W-30 viscosity reduces hydrodynamic friction allowing fuel savings especially when cold. It allows for high fluidity of the lubricant at start-up, rapid achievement of pressure in the circuit, engine rpm and normal operating temperatures.
