Payment Information
SSD_SuperStore only accepts PayPal, (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover can be used through PayPal) as payment on eBay. SSD_SuperStore does not accept any other forms of payments.
Return Policy
SSD_SuperStore follows eBay 2018 Simplified Returns Policies. For details, please check "Shipping and payments" tab. For International Returns. All GSP Items located in the United States that you purchase under GSP and that you return to your Seller, you will not be eligible for, and you will not receive, a refund of any Program Fees that you paid to SSD_SuperStore and SSD_SuperStore will not be responsible for shipping cost that GSP Item back to your Seller. Your rights under local law will not be affected.
Shipping & Handling
- FREE Shipping for all our products. We ship with USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. We do not ship to international destinations.
- We only ship to the continental United States. We do not ship UPS Ground or FEDEX Ground to PO Box, APO, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
- Shipping Carrier and Service will be determined by the destination and product. All product's under 13 oz will be shipped with USPS First Class Mail. All product's over 13 oz will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, or FEDEX Ground Service.
- All Shipments will include delivery confirmation and tracking. Once your package has been processed a tracking number will be emailed to you.
- All Items will be declared at their actual values with full insurance coverage against lost or stolen shipment. We can NOT mark new items as gift, commercial sample or return goods. (Please DO NOT ask us to falsify customs, we will not break laws and such requests will cause delays in shipping product out) Any lost items will not be shipped or refunded until the shipper completes the insurance claim.
- Shipments which we cannot insure the full value may be cancelled or other arrangements made such as to break into multiple packages at the customer's expense upon consent.
- We are unable to offer you the option of picking up your order (will call) as we ship from numerous warehouses nationwide.
- Signature may be required at the time of delivery
- We do not combine shipping charges for multiple auction purchases at this time.
- Packages delivering to third party courier services will have signature confirmation. After package is signed, SSD_Superstore will not be held accountable for lost or stolen item.
Bidding Agreement
- Payment must be received within five (5) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be considered forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction. Please help us to make the transaction smoother and more efficient by including eBay User ID and email address in all forms of correspondence.
- SSD_SuperStore will submit feedback on buyers upon successful checkout completion. In cases where buyers fail to pay for their item(s), ssd_superstore Inc will initiate eBay's Non Paying Bidder process.

- UPS Ground: 2-5 Business Days
- FedEx Ground: 2-5 Business Days
