OUR INVENTORY

• All parts are used Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
• We test all parts to make sure they are working and all parts are stored indoors in a climate-controlled area.
• We try our best to clean off all dust, dirt, stains, scum and/or oil residue of from each part. As all parts are used, normal wear, scratches, surface imperfections, scuffs and/or rust may occur

Fitment and Compatibility

• Buyer must insure the fitment of the part, but we try to provide you with useful fitment information in the listing. Do NOT rely on the "compatibility" section above, as it is generated by eBay Motors and may contain errors.
• Donor vehicle Interior and Exterior color as well as VIN number are in the listing. If you have any questions about fitment you can call your local dealer or contact us with your VIN number, and we will be happy to check for you.
• Color Disclaimer:

SHIPPING

• Our goal is to get your order shipped as soon and efficient as possible.
• Orders will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving a clear payment.
• Orders under 1 lb will be shipped USPS First Class (2-3 Business Days) over 1 lb USPS Priority Mail (1-3 Business Days). Larger items will be shipped FedEx (1-5 Business days) NO PO Boxes for FedEx
• During holidays and peak-high seasons shipping will be delayed due the high volume of packages going through shipping facilities. We will try to help you however we can but we do not guarantee the estimated arrival time will be correct.
• We do not ship Large items to P.O. Boxes; additional charges may apply
• Freight Shipments are shipped LTL Freight. Business location with a forklift or loading dock is required. If you do not have a business location we can ship to your nearest terminal freight facility.
• Residential delivery may be available for an additional charge of $80.00 for the residential delivery itself and $80.00 for the required use of a forklift. This is a total of $160.00, plus the freight shipping fee. All fees are non-refundable.
• International shipping is through eBay Global Shipping Program.
• Local pick up is available

PAYMENT

• We accept payments through eBay Managed Payment Program, including debit/credit cards, ECheck, and PayPal.
• Sales tax collected by eBay where applicable
• Cash/pay on pickup accepted for orders placed for local pickup

RETURNS

• Hassle free returns on all Domestic orders accepted within 30 days of you receiving the item
• No international returns
• Shipping charge is not refundable
