HOW DO I PROVIDE PERSONALISATION DETAILS? 

Please add these details to the box provided. Please only add the name, do NOT add any further custom details or wording as this could delay your order as we will need to contact you to check details. We are always happy to do custom orders but we ask you contact us BEFORE placing any order to confirm we can complete your request.

We will automatically add an ‘s to the end of the name. If the name ends with s we will still add ‘s unless you ask us to just add the apostrophe with no extra s. For example, Chris will be Chris’s 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

In most cases orders are dispatched within 5 business days BUT please allow up to a week for dispatch plus 2-3 working days for delivery. This can be longer during busy and peak times. Please also allow extra time if you are ordering multiples of an item.

Tracking numbers are attached to your order after dispatch.

No worries, please just contact us BEFORE purchasing so we can confirm that this is possible. Please do NOT add dates you need your order by in the notes box as we will NOT see this until we start to process your order and by then it could be too late. 

CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we do not except cancellations or returns. All personalised and custom orders are non returnable and non refundable.

When providing personalisation details, please make sure spellings are correct as we copy exactly what you provide and no refunds can be given if the details you provide are incorrect.

Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address, once an order is dispatched this can no longer be changed and if any of the address details provided are incorrect you will be liable to pay further shipping costs if necessary. 

Colours may vary slightly from our photos due to lighting and all sizes are approximate.
