These 2 dolls were Mattel’s follow up holiday dolls to their original Happy Holidays Barbie series, which ended Christmas 1998.

‘Millennium Princess’ came out at Christmas in 1999 to celebrate the upcoming 2000 New Year, & mark the historic turn of the New Millennium.

‘Celebration Barbie’ came out then for 2000’s Christmas the following year, celebrating the first Christmas of the New Millennium. (She was a lead in for the Holiday Celebration series, “the first in a new series of dolls that symbolize the holiday spirit of the 21st century.”)

They each came with their own ‘2000’ keepsake ornament.

These beautiful, vintage, holiday dolls come to us from the estate of an avid Barbie collector. They were taken out of their original packaging and kept in excellent condition on display in a case. We do not have the original boxes. Please see pictures for visual details.
