We produce all coving lengths in 2m lengths. For our customers who want to buy in small quantities or save on shipping costs, we cut 2m lengths and send them as 1m in order to reduce the shipping cost. In this way, our customers do not have to pay more shipping fees. The preparation of 1m long products is purely for our customers to save money. Since the products are cut into pieces, these products can not be returned for any reason or replaced.

COVING INSTALLATION PROCESS  FOR LED MODELS

YOU NEED:

  •    Adhesive:  Solvent-free silicone  (You can find the correct product in our listing)
  •    Aluminium Foil Tape: (You can find the correct product in our listing)
  •    Paint:  Water-based wall paint
  •    Craft Knife

Steps:

              1- For light isolation, you can cover the led light channel with aluminium foil tape or paint the LED channel with any dark color paint. That is ONLY for the LED channel, please do not paint the other areas with dark color.

              2- Do primer for once before sticking it in the wall and wait until it dries completely.

              3- Stick the coving in your wall.

              4- Use solvent-free silicone or plaster to stick the covings and to fill gaps if it is needed.

              5- Paint the coving and wait until it dries. Repeat that until you ensure the looking is great.

              6- Place the LED lights.

HOW TO ORDER?

Select the product code from “Design” menu. Then, select the meterage from "Choose Length" menu. Order amount will be show up per quantity. Lastly, enter the quantity if you need more than one. Please be advised that;

 

•  Orders over than 12 meters are shipped as a collection of 2-meter lengths (2m long pieces). For example, if you order 20 meters then you will receive 10 pieces which will be 2m long each.

•  Orders lower than 10 meters are shipped as a collection of 1-meter lengths (1m long pieces). For example, if you order 2 meters then you will receive 2 pieces which will be 1m long each.

•  Orders of 10 meters can be sent as 1-meter or 2-meter lengths. You can select the length from "Choose Length" Menu:

    - Please select: "10 Meters (10 x 1m Length)" for 1m long pieces. (Economic, but Time-consuming to work with)

    - Please select: "10 Meters (5 x 2m Length)" for 2m long pieces. (Easy to work and quicker, but a little pricey due to bulky shipping)

* Please make sure you order enough to cover wastage. We would recommend adding 5-10% to the overall meterage.

Every size and variant has a maximum length that can be inserted into one box. Predominantly, covings will arrive in a box as a parcel (bulky but very lightweight). However, the number of boxes depends on the length and type of product that you have ordered. There is no extra shipping cost for extra box.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Please inspect your parcels upon receipt of delivery. If delivered parcel has ANY exterior damage please sign it off as "damaged" and contact us immediately. Shortages or damages must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt of your order. Upon receiving our goods back we will either dispatch a replacement item or issue a full refund, whichever is your preference.

Returns Process:

1. You may return any items which are damaged, faulty or unwanted.

2. Please notify us of your intention to return an item within 30 days of delivery and have the item returned to us no later than 30 days for a full refund.
