GOOD:   Unmarked.   There is a touch of peeling to the end paper inside front, two areas where an ownership plate was removed, just larger than two quarters in size.    

Hinges solid.  

Rubbing to extremities, with bumped corners.   Rubbing to leather along edges, spine, with a chip to the leather on title plate at spine. (pictured)  Age toneing, no foxing.   General rubbing, light discoloring, and wear to leather, as pictured.   Handling and use wear.      Three small pea sized drop stains along spine, front, pictured, click to enlarge.      Solid copy.  Purchased from the estate of a University Chemistry Prof, who collected antiquarian science books, been in climate controlled office for many many years.
