I SHIP FAST! Shipping is normally the day after payment has been received unless over the weekend. Shipping is always through the United States Postal Service and INCLUDES a tracking number and delivery confirmation. Signature required on all items purchased at value over $100.00 - No Exceptions!  

Items will ship to the address provided with paypal, please make any changes to the shipping address before submitting payment. Once payment is received and packed, you will receive your tracking number via email, it is automatic. Once item ships, it is the customers responsibility to track the item online. If for any reason the USPS deems the item undeliverable, and the item is returned back to us (the sender) the postage will need to be resubmitted as the USPS does not refund the original postage.

Your item will be shipped insured mail.

If your purchase arrives broken, cracked or damaged in any way, please contact me and I will resolve the issue as promptly as possible. With the automation of the Postal service, I am having more damaged packages this year than my entire last 25 years in business.

Please send me photos of your broken item as well as the shipping package.

I strive to have happy clients but we all know sometimes, Stuff happens.
