Item has minor wear on on plexiglass from the clock hands rubbing on it. Plexiglass also has 2 minor cracks (images posted).

When plugged in, clock hands turn but doesn’t light up. I opened up the item and it doesn’t even have light bulbs so I’m not even sure if this one was supposed to light up. Clock hands turn but may need serviced.
