Siemens Registrierkamera 16mm Film Camera Cine

c1940 approx, I believe these were used in WW2 by the Germans, possibly mounted to aircraft, there is no built in viewfinder on this model. A plaque on the back is on English so maybe both sides used this model of camera or it may have been added later.

Includes mains power lead, this is untested, it connects on the rear, both socket and connector appear to be made of Bakelite or something similar and will therefore be quite brittle.

Also includes a film lens. Xenon Schneider F1.5 quite fast, focal length 2.5cm (25mm) both iris ring and focus ring move, but both are quite stiff.

Optics on lens are good some marks and wear no deep scratches and no chips to glass

Do not know what mount the lens is, possibly compatible with a Bolex please check first. Rear of lens, across the screw thread measures 23mm approx.

Length of lens from front to the beginning of screw thread is approx 45mm. Depth of screw thread approx 3mm.

Also includes a lens shield or hood, this screws onto the front, thread on front of the lens and on the lens hood are both worn but good will screw in place.

A catch on the back releases the magazine loading compartment, there is a magazine inside.

Externally plenty of wear, large paint chip and heavy marks. Top carry handle leather part of the strap has broken, the connectors on either end are still there so just needs a new piece of leather

Colour deep army green

Unit measures 9.5cm across the front approx x 16cm high (not including strap or strap connectors) x 14.5cm deep approx main body, approx 16cm if you include cable connector socket. Length to back of power lead connector is 24cm approx. Cable length approx 4ft

Approx weight including lens and cable connector is around 3.1 kg

Used with heavy signs of wear, spares repairs only as item as not been tested.
