AUTOOL EM160 is a fully-Automatic Smart Charger that can charge 24V and 200AH-300AH lead-acid batteries. The whole process only requires to plug in the power supply, turn on the power switch and it will be charged automatically.  There is no need for manual supervision throughout the whole process, and the power is automatically stopped when it is full-charged.

IMPORTANT: This only supports charging 2 batteries in series with 12V battery and 30A current, please check your battery parameters before purchasing.

If over-temperature is detected, the fault light will come on and the AUTOOL EM160 charger will stop working automatically to protect the machine and vehicle from damage.

Fully Automatic
This machine is a fully automatic smart fast charging equipment. all that needed for entire operation is to simply pugin and turn on the power switch ，and it will automaticcally charge. No manual super-vision is required theroughout the  process ,and the charging will an-tomatically stop when it is full.

1.The weight of the whole machine is only 2.95KG, which is lighter than other machines.
2.Compared with traditional models, it is small in size and light in weight, but its efficiency is twice that of traditional models.
 
NOTE: When the battery is about to be fully charged, the 24V intelligent forklift & golf cart battery charger will automatically convert the high current into the small current for charging, which can protect the battery from damage. Normally, when the battery is not fully charged, there will be the small current to continue charging, and the screen will still display the current. After the battery is 100% fully charged, the green light is on, and the screen does not display current. It is normal for the current to show 30A ±10% during charging, and it is also normal for the battery to heat up while charging.
