Return is acceptable within 2 weeks after you received the goods, but the goods must be in the original box and is in resale condition. The return must match the S/N number we recorded in our computer system.

But if the item is working well and it is your responsibility to pay the return postage. For new item, we will charge you 50% extra goods price as the goods category is down to customer return.

This product is sold with 30 day seller warranty, you can return it for a replacement within 30 days. The returned item must have all accessories included. For new item, you may have manufacturer warranty supplied by manufacturer, you have to contact manufacturer to claim manufacturer warranty.
