This is an antique spooner or spill vase, made by Boston & Sandwich Glass Company. According to the EAPGS catalog this pattern is known as “two way hearts.”

This piece looks great, but does have some minor chipping in a couple spots around the interior edge, which I have tried to show in the photos. Please message me if you would like more photos.

It does have a rough pontil mark and shows some signs of use but I’d otherwise very clear and bright. Secure.
