MIB Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Evil Space Aliens Putty Patrol, Bandai America, Inc., Item No. 2210, 1993.  The Putty Patrol action figure is still factory tied in the box along with his sword at his side.  His knees are bent but I believe he is an 8 inch figure.  The back of the box shows the Evil Space Aliens and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers that were available for purchase along with their story.  The plastic covering the action figure is dented on the left hand side.  The box has never been opened.  It comes from a non-smoking home.
