Please note that the quantity specified in the title refers to the number of items included in the sale, and the images show exactly what you will receive. Please be aware that our parts are sourced from right-hand drive (RHD) vehicles in the UK, and may not fit left-hand drive (LHD) vehicles. Additionally, please double-check that the item is compatible with your vehicle before purchasing, as the item specifics may not always be accurate. Please note that we do not cover or compensate for any labor or fitting costs associated with the installation of our parts.
Postage
We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, with same-day posting available for orders placed before 1pm. Please note that additional surcharges may apply for deliveries to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, and the Isle of Wight. If you require delivery to one of these regions, please contact us before placing your order to confirm the applicable surcharge. For the protection of both ourselves and our customers, we always use a tracked delivery service. Upon receipt of your order, we kindly request that you leave positive feedback to let us know that the item has arrived and that you are satisfied with your purchase. Returns policy
To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please note that due to the high volume of items that have been returned with parts that have been swapped, exchanged, or tampered with, our items are all security tagged/marked/labelled or taped. Any items with broken or removed security markings will not be eligible for a refund. In addition, all unwanted or incorrectly ordered items are subject to a 20% handling fee. Packing and postage fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a refund, items must not have been used, broken, or damaged. To initiate a return, please contact us prior to sending the item back for reference. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned item. Please note that we will not issue refunds for returning a different item than the one initially purchased, or for items that have been tampered with in any way.
