Nice early brass rim lock or box lock. With original drop handle and hard to get original key. 7 1/4" by 4 1/2". Needs a good polishing and a keeper. Heavy. Cleaning out a bunch of early hardware so thanks for looking. NEW PHOTO - the old photo had the wrong handle.
