Pre-owned discover in Japan, is this 1920’s fountain pen store advertising display sign, made out of wood and sheet metal, on the sheet metal it is written “Fountain Pen” in Japanese, around 6 ft tall and half ft wide, with lots of wear due to age, overall in great condition for it age, lot of surface marks, paint has wear marks and rust on surface,, wood has crack on the base at the support, and base has paint discolour, metal pen nib has rust, and discolour, everything is there noting missing, but around the base wood area one area has area wood are missing, please refer to picture with red highlight, the unit has be disassemble to 3 part, base middle and the nib and the top part, due to shipping from Japan to Canada, very rare piece of interesting advertising which survive the war.
