IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Customers who are located in the following areas including: Scotland / Devon / Ireland / Northern Ireland will need to provide us with your postcode before purchasing any items for us to get a delivery quote for your postcode , as there will be extra postage charges for these areas mentioned. if you purchase an item & don't provide us with your postcode prior to purchasing we are entitled to cancel your order.
All items are given an average of 3-5 working days delivery unless stated 2-3 working days and also included a 2 day dispatch time for us to remove item and get it sent out to the courier or for collection. Some items might be delivered sooner and some might take longer due to the size of the item. We strongly recommend you message or contact us with your delivery postcode before purchasing so we can get a rough estimated delivery time for you . All 3-5 working day deliveries are sent on a pallet & a tracking number can be provided if requested by the customer . All 2-3 working day Deliveries will be tracked. If the customer requests the item to be left in safe place with the courier , it can be done, but we will not be held responsible if the item goes missing or gets damaged once left in the safe area.
Body panels & glass items
All our doors are sold as *NOT COMPLETE*, the items that are not included in the sale include DOOR MIRROR/DOOR HINGES/DOOR SWITCHES, unless an agreement has been made with the customer prior to purchase, All other parts that are left on the door or inside the door are not warranted as they are left on the door as a good will gesture. All body panels are sent via a pallet service & could take longer than the estimated delivery date given on eBay , we appreciate this can be frustrating, however I think we would all agree we would rather the panels to arrive in the original condition as seen in the advertisement, rather than arriving damaged.
Returns policy
Any parts returned under warranty will not be exchanged or refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped in any way. The customer is to pay postage on any parts returned unless an agreement has been made prior to the original delivery, Once the items are shipped out, the shipping & handling fee is not refundable. all items are checked prior to packaging, customers are responsible for checking the condition and checking that the goods are correct before accepting the delivery.
Terms & conditions of Guarantee
A period of 28 days from the date of purchase in which the part must be fitted and tested, if faulty, returned for exchange. If no exchange is available, a refund will be issued on the original purchase price less postage Cost.
No allowance will be made for any labour or delivery costs incurred.
No refunds will be given on parts in good condition supplied by us.
E.C.U.’s & DISTRIBUTORS – all E.C.U.’s and Distributors are tested before removal from vehicle, therefore no exchange or refund can be given.
No Exchange or refund will be given if:
1: Proof of purchase not surrendered i.e. 2: invoice: Out of 28 days warranty 3: Security marks are not Visible/Removed. 4: Part has been tampered with. 5: Fitted incorrectly.
Engines & Gearboxes
All our engines are sold with some ancillaries left on the engines. these parts are not warranted or guaranteed to be fully working, they are left on the engine as a good will gesture incase needed by the customer. the 30 day warranty is for the engine block only & not the ancillaries left on the engine, all our engines are not sold as a *COMPLETE ENGINE* unless stated in the item title & description, or unless we have agreed with the customer prior to purchase, ENGINE WIRING LOOMS & PIPES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN ANY OF OUR ENGINES WE SELL & WILL NEED TO BE CHANGED BY THE CUSTOMER USING THEIR ORIGINAL PIPEWORK & WIRING LOOMS ETC, Engines that are sold and are found to have been tampered with by the customer or garage e.g. timing chains and water pumps will not be refunded unless we have been informed and given our permission to do so. All gearboxes and and engines must be fitted with brand new oil. If the returned item has been found to have used / old oil fitted no refund will be given. All of our engines & gearboxes are sent with our own security marks on the item & will need to be present on the item if any item is returned back to us for a refund, if our security marks are not present on the returned item, it will be declined by us & sent back to the customer & a refund will not be processed until we receive the item that was originally purchased.
RADIO'S / CD PLAYERS / HEAD-UNITS
RADIO CODES WILL NEED TO BE OBTAINED FROM THE MAIN DEALER OR BY AN ONLINE RADIO CODE SPECIALIST, SOME RADIO CODES WILL BE PROVIDED BY US ONLY IF WE CAN FIND THE CODE IN THE VEHICLE HANDBOOK IF THE VEHICLE HAS ONE.
POLITE NOTICE
FOR LARGER ITEMS THEY WILL BE DELIVERED ON A PALLET TO AVOID DAMAGES, WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE ITEM ON A PALLET PLEASE DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE PALLET OR ASK THE COURIER TO TAKE THE PALLET AWAY INCASE OF ANY POTENTIAL RETURNS, THE ITEM THAT MAY NEED TO BE RETURNED WILL HAVE TO BE RETURNED TO US ON THE ORIGINAL PALLET IT WAS RECEIVED BY YOU THE CUSTOMER, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE OR THE COURIER SERVICE WILL NOT SUPPLY ANY PALLET FOR ANY RETURNS, ITS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE THE RETURN ITEM WRAPED & SECURED TO THE ORIGINAL PALLET YOU RECEIVED.
