This Listing is for an original, genuine, 100% authentic 1st generation Apple Airpods Pro A2190 replacement Charging Cradle Case - color is White. This case will only work with gen 1 pro model earbuds a2083 and a2084. I repeat, if you have generation 2 AirPods, this case will not work. If you are not familiar with terms original, 100% authentic or genuine, this also means real, non-fake or not a replica. We clean, test and pair every single case at our shop before we ship and are here to help you with any issues you have with the pairing process. If your airpods will not fit in our case, there is a large chance you have non authentic airpods. Many people are unaware their airpods are non genuine. We see this almost everytime there is a fitment problem. We have had situations where their original airpods they bought from the apple store were switched by someone at the gym, school, work.. and they were unaware. We are here to help you in every scenario. We only sell authentic apple products and we strive to make every customer happy.

Instructions for pairing this airpod case with your airpods.

These instructions assume you have an iphone. If not, you will not see the prompt and will have to conncect via your Bluetooth screen during instruction #3.

1. If your airpods are currently connected to your phone via Bluetooth, Delete/Forget 

Your current airpods connection in Bluetooth settings. REBOOT PHONE!

2. Put your airpods in this charging case, plug up to a power source and let charge for at least 30 minutes, but could take longer.

3. After this charging period, open the case, unlock and open your phone to home screen, and push and hold the round button on the back of the case for 5-30 seconds until the light begins to blink white. Continue to hold the button and a prompt will appear on your screen showing the pairing process.

4. If your airpods will not fit in this case, have a magnetic resistance or the case does not flash white during pairing process, there is a good chance your earbuds are not genuine airpods and they will not work in this genuine case. Many people are unaware their pods are not authentic, but we are here to help you. Please contact us on the order page through ebay on the right side of the page under our seller name. We clean, test/sync and pair every case with a shop phone and genuine airpods before the cases leave us.  We are human though and are capable of mistakes…Please, please contact us and we will make it right or help with troubleshooting.  Remember, if all else fails, reboot your phone!! I've personally had this fix pairing issues.
