Usage
Massage
Combine with your favourite essential oils and a carrier oil for a personalised massage oil. To enjoy the energising and uplifting powers of Fir Essential Oil, you can create a massage blend with Sweet Almond #215, Grapeseed #210 or Coconut Oil #203. The possibilities are endless!
Beauty
Can be used to fragrance your homemade beauty formulations such as creams, serums, lotions, balms etc.
Dilution
Dilute at a percentage of 1% of the finished blend, 1ml of essential oil (approx. 20 drops) to 100ml of carrier oil. Do not use undiluted on the skin. You can use up to 3% dilution for use on your body or in the bath. Consult your doctor or midwife before using during pregnancy.
Aromatherapy
Use Organic Silver Fir Needle in your diffuser or oil burner and immerse yourself in the delicate and uplifting aroma.
