It all began in 2005 when the passion for our motorbikes and the desire to make them unique led us to purchase accessories and spare parts directly from overseas. In fact, our market offered little choice and above all uninteresting pieces. We therefore began to understand that it would be nice to be able to also offer Italian bikers the possibility of choice that American and German catalogs usually had. We got involved, we decided that we wanted to make work out of our passion. On the other hand, we had always been fascinated by ideas born almost for fun, just like Harley Davidson in 1902 in Milwaukee when William Harley and Arthur Davidson built a running prototype of a motorized bicycle in the garage of Davidson's home.

WARRANTY AND ASSISTANCE

Items purchased on Manetta Brothers are guaranteed as per the manufacturer's warranty. This guarantee is European and will apply to the product that presents defects of conformity and/or malfunctions not detectable at the time of purchase, provided that the product itself is used correctly and with due diligence, i.e. in compliance with its destination and as provided in the any technical documentation, respecting the various operating standards indicated. However, the aforementioned guarantee will not be applicable in the event of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, connection of the purchased product to electrical systems or any other type of non-compliant connection.

The guarantee is personal and will therefore apply only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for traders, resellers, etc. In any case, the "1st Year Manufacturer's Warranty" will cease, not only due to the natural expiry of the duration period, but also in any case of sale to third parties of what was purchased by the Customer or in the event of its destruction. Some manufacturers do not offer a warranty; in this case, Manetta Brothers will therefore not directly carry out repairs on the defective products. Resellers and companies purchasing with a VAT number are offered a 12-month warranty which expires when the product is resold. You must keep the receipt or invoice to be able to claim the guarantee. The receipt / invoice must be shown to the assistance center in the event of faults falling under the warranty.
