PACKAGING:
All orders will come shipped inside of one box while using as few earring cards as possible to save on shipping costs. For multiple earring purchases you will likely see them all attached to one single earring card together. Please keep this in mind if you plan to purchase several pairs as gifts. If you need separate boxes or separate earring cards, please shoot us a message before you purchase so we can discuss your needs.

RETURN POLICY
We accept all returns within a 30 day period.
All of our products are shipped to you in sealed packaging to maintain earring sterilization. If this packaging is opened or tampered with in any way, the earrings are no longer sterilized and are not suitable for resale therefore a refund will not be granted. This is a zero tolerance policy.

Additionally, all shipping costs back to us are non refundable. Exceptions: If the order was damaged during transit or if there are manufacturing defects then your earrings are covered under our 120day warranty in which case the order will be fully refunded.

SELLER WARRANTY

We offer a 120 day (4 month) warranty starting from the date you receive your earrings. This warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover: 

• User damage. Dropping, squishing, or any issues caused by intentional or unintentional force.
• Loss (earring loss or earring backing loss)
• Loss of resin gem/decoration and/or cloudy appearance as a result of user failure to follow earring care instructions. Exposure to any alcohol related products (rubbing alcohol, jewelry cleaners, witch hazel solutions, etc) cause these types of damage to resin and are not covered by the Limited Warranty. It is very important to always follow the care instructions included with your order.
