Vintage Gigantic Diaper Pin Safety Pin Pink Hard Plastic & Metal Advertising.  It measures 26" long.   The point of the pin is not sharp.  It is unbranded.  The pink plastic is a bit discolored and there is a repair on the seam line that is not noticeable unless you're looking for it.
