You are looking at a 1950's / 60's era model 419 desk stand made by Electro Voice and comes with it's metal bolt that allows for mating several vintage E.V mics as well as all mic clips. As with most 419 stands you can either place the mic on this base directly or use a riser for additional height. The mic comes with all original accessories.
Pic # 2 is from an old E.V catalog showing this very model as well as several others.
Pic # 3 & 4 shows what this stand looks like with a 1950's era E.V 664 model mic on top. As heavy as the 664 is, the 419 model stand is more than heavy enough to keep the top heavy 664 from tipping over. The 1950's era 664 was originally intended to be flush mounted directly on top of the 419 model desk stand as were some other very specific models.
The 418 model stand was intended to be used with certain E.V models such as the 636, 911, 611 and the 1960's era 664. The 419 is quite different in the 418 as the holes on top are spaced wider apart. If you have any doubt about what mic will and will not work please ask because I have had several returns due to clients not knowing the difference which costs extra money and affects my sales performance. Again, please ask.
The 419 is an elegant yet aggressive design made of die cast magnesium and comes with a gorgeous dark grey color paint scheme. It's appx 5 1/2 inches front to back X 4 1/2 inches wide X 2 inches tall. This desk stand is ideal for those heavier, larger mics because of it's ability to keep a top heavy mic from tipping. This stand weighs about 3 pounds.
There is just very lite wear on the original painted finish as seen in the pics provided. I'd give it a very conservative 8 + on a scale of 1 - 10. Please let the pics be your guide.
The stand has 4 perfect rubber pads to keep the stand from scratching any surface it sits on. The stand has the original the cable clamp.
