Royal Mail Delivery

·         Your item will be carefully packed and dispatch on time.

·         Shipping and handling charges includes all packing, warehouse and logistic cost.

·         Standard Postage (1st class) within UK usually takes 2 to 3 working days.

·         Same day dispatch for all purchases where payments are received before 2 pm Monday to Friday. All confirmed orders after 2 pm will be dispatched next working day.

·         Order placed on Saturday, Sunday and after 2 pm on Fridays will be dispatch on Monday. No item will be posted until Payment has been confirmed.

PAYMENTS

·         We accept Pay Pal Payments. Pay Pal allows you to pay by Credit cards/ Debit cards, Bank transfers and Pay Pal account balance.

·         We DO NOT accept Cheque/Cash/Postal Order and Money Order.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

·         Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance unless stated.

·         All returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt at our office.

·         Prior returning any item, please contact us via eBay mail so we can help you quickly and efficiently. For a replacement, kindly write your eBay ID so, we could process your replacement quickly.
