We ship items from Monday to Friday from Croatia. And with Croatia post to worldwide.
All items are sent by registered mail, we will provide you the tracking number as soon as the item is sent.
Tracking numbers might not work on eBay tracking system because is connected with USPS post, if you are not in the USA then you must track the item in your country’s post site.
Heavy or large items might take longer to deliver because of different handling procedure by the carrier.
Counties with strict custom rules and regulations like: Russia, Vietnam, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Israel, etc, may take longer due to strict custom rules and regulations, not couriers delay. We cannot control on know about this delay in advance.

Clients must check their packages before accepting and signing for them. Buyer have a right to check the item inside the packaging in the presence of the courier.
If item delivered by DPD courier buyer have a right to check the item inside the packaging in the presence of the courier and if something wrong with the item inside buyer shall note a courier about it and refuse to deliver this parcel. Even if signed for this parcel already. In this case courier will have to indicate in the papers that item arrived broken so we’ll have a possibility to request compensation then.
