Condition

Grade A laptops may contain light scratches and scuff marks on the casing and bezels. The screen will be in excellent condition with no scratches or pressure marks. The keyboard may feature signs of use, including lightly worn keys. There may be 1-2 rubber feet missing on the bottom casing. Battery life can still vary quite significantly for Grade A laptops, so it’s important to check the product information before making a decision.

We do support eBay's Global Shipping Programme for international buyers. If you are located outside of the UK, please use eBay's Global Shipping Programme. This may be subject to shipping fee paid to eBay.

Dispatch & Delivery

All items are dispatched within 3 working days and delivered between 3 - 5 working days (unless specified otherwise) from recipt of cleared payment.

Collection

We allow collection on all of our products. Please ensure you place your order and make payment first on eBay before attempting to collect. We will require at least 24 hours from payment before you are available to collect. You must provide some proof of receipt upon collection.

Returns Policy

There is a 2 week return period should you change your mind with the product. You are responsible for ensuring the item is efficiently packed and is sent to our warehouse safely. If you would like us to collect the item from your address, we will deduct the collection/delivery fee of £15.00 from your refund. Please ensure you contact us within 2 weeks of purchase. Should the item arrive back to us damaged, you may be liable for any damages.

Damaged Products

There is a 30 day return period for faulty items. If the item has arrived in a faulty state, please contact us as soon as possible and we will discuss with you how to resolve the situation. We will accept returns within this period and collect the faulty item from your address free of charge.

Upon receipt of the product, we will conduct an inspection to verify the reported damage. If the item is found to be faulty as described, a full refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. In the absence of any identifiable damage, a partial refund will be issued, deducting £15.00 to cover shipping costs.

Please note, any requests for returns submitted beyond the 3 Month period from the date of receipt will not be accepted for damaged products.

Warranty

Warranty may apply to selected products. Please view the above description to see if warranty is included with the product. Warranty conditions has priority over the aforementioned returns. Please contact us if you have any questions before purchase. Any Warranty only applies to UK Mainland. International orders are covered by eBay's policies.

Please get in contact with us detailing which specific cables you require with your order. You can also leave a note on your order soon after you've placed it.

Is it possible for me to collect my items?

Certainly! However, please get in contact with us first to let us know when you'd like to collect so that we have enough time to prepare your item. If you would like to test the item before purchase, please send us a message.

Do you accept Cash on hand?

No, we do not accept cash. Please ensure you pay via eBay. Orders will not be dispatched once valid payment has been cleared. If you have planned to collect, please ensure you have paid before you collect and provide proof of receipt upon collection.

My order has been dispatched, but the tracking is unavailable.

We will provide a tracking number once your order is being prepared. Once the courier collects your parcel, and scans it into their system, the tracking number provided will update and you will be able to follow your parcel's journey.
