4 page photo illustrated article from a scarce 1899 Victorian periodical, the article is entitled "How a Silk Hat is Made" by Gavin MacDonald

The article is full of interesting information on the work of the Milliners Messrs Lincoln & Bennett who were the inventors and original makers of the silk top hat in Victorian times with details on, cost, size etc with several photographic illustrations including

    CONDITION Please note these are genuine actual pages extracted from a rare disbound Victorian publication, there are no covers and there may be extracts from other articles at the start or end. Images show the article whilst in its still bound state, the article will be posted as loose pages

    Some pages may be showing signs of foxing / browning due to the age of the paper
